THE THRIVING STELLAR WOMAN INITIATIVE
The Thriving Stellar Woman Initiative (TSWI) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering underserved women and girls through entrepreneurship, digital skills and vocational training. It was founded in 2024 and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria in 2025 under RC: 8189418.
To empower underserved women and girls with the skills, support, and opportunities needed to overcome economic limitations and build sustainable livelihoods.
To inspire and equip more women and girls to embrace entrepreneurship, creating a ripple effect that contributes to economic growth and social transformation
WHAT WE DO
Entrepreneurship Awareness Seminars
These one-day awareness and empowerment sessions introduce women and girls to the vast opportunities within entrepreneurship. Participants learn about different entrepreneurial pathways, the benefits of self-employment, and how to begin their journey toward economic independence.
Community Town Halls
Our Town Halls are interactive, one-day events designed to:
Engage directly with women and girls to understand the unique challenges they face
Foundational Training Workshops
These short-term (1–2 weeks) workshops provide participants with essential knowledge and introductory skills to explore entrepreneurship and digital opportunities.
